- 4/5 round courgettes
- 2/3 tomato
- 2 cloves garlic

- 100g wholemeal cous cous
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
Cut the zucchini head (keep aside) empty the inside with a spoon and keep aside the pulp. We have empty courgettes on baking paper and spread inside with tamari sauce. Let bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees during 10-15 minutes.
In a fairly large pan, put the olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, the chopped zucchini, tomatoes, salt and turmeric. Let simmer until you have a compact and dense sauce.
Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the envelope, mix with spicy sauce, fill the zucchini, cover the "head" previously cut .Finally go over to the oven for more 10 minutes . serve hot.
