- 250g coconut flour
- 120g unrefined sugar cane
- 100g flour
- 30g corn starch
- 1 glass of almond milk or rice
- 100g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients "dry" (flour coconut, flour, sugar and corn starch).
Stir and add the milk, oil, chocolate, cut into pieces and baking soda.
Work until you get a smooth paste.
Form the biscuits on the desired shape (I did a test, the finest particles were
crispier and therefore more good ), cook it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Finally we can garnish with some jam .
