Preparation :
First of all, chop flax seeds, sesame seeds, then corn flakes to obtain a kind of flour. Add the banana, fresh fruits, lemon juice. Put in the mixer everything. If the cream becomes too thick add the almond milk into a glass and . garnish with fresh fruit to taste
