ingredients:
- 300g ground poppy seeds
- 120g of raw cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 organic eggs
- 250g ricotta bio
- 100g of coconut oil (butter)
- fresh fruit to taste (I used strawberries)
Preparation:
Poppy, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda mix and add the egg yolks, cottage cheese and oil. Beat egg white and mix gently. We have provided in a baking dish with parchment paper. Finally we put the fruit cut into cubes. Bake for about 40 minutes at 170 C°
Let cool!
