To prepare this recipe we need:
- 100g of almond flour
- 200g of spelled flour
- 160g of dim oat
- 50 g of coconut sugar or integral
- 1/2 cc of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 cup vegetable oil (1.5 dcl)
- blackberries Jam
- salt
Mix all the dry ingredients, add the vegetable oil and mix well with your hands
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper put 2/3 of the dough by pressing it well with your hands
Pour the layer of jam and then cover with the remaining dough.
let it cook 25-30 min to a convection oven at 200 C degrees
Leave to cool and cut into rectangles or squares
They keep well for several days in a closed container
They are excellent for both start the day or as a healthy afternoon snack
