- Turmeric
- Avocado

- Tomato juice

- Lemon juice

- Preparation:
pour into a baking dish extra-virgin olive oil, then add onion in thin slices and sauté gently over a low heat add the tomato juice, preferably fresh, with a hint of chili powder. Add rice and cook according to the cooking time indicated on the package and then add turmeric and a little lemon.
Serve the rice on plates on which were prepared avocados open to slices sprinkled with lemon pepper and turmeric and add hemp seed
