Here is a soft cake with dried fruit, nuts and almonds, decorated with blueberries Very appreciated and really enjoyed.
Dose for 8 people.
ingredients
- 135 g flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 100 g of nuts
- 50 g of almonds
- 1 teaspoon baking vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml rice oil
- 70 ml of milk
- 200 g of blueberries

Grease and flour a baking dish, pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Halve the cake and sprinkle with 2/3 of the blueberries. Overlap the other half of the cake and cover with the remaining blueberries.
Allow to cool for about 1 hour and serve.
