Spaghetti with pesto kohlrabi with potatoes and avocado

Valdo Vaccaro  In his book "Natural Health Dictionary"  on the issue of the protein responds with this comment: "The worst disease of the modern world is the protein mania: cure a muscle sag , as well as everything else but not the brain  does not seem to be a 'desirable operation . "....." we continue to wallow in blackest ignorance ,the  gyms paradoxically represent less enlightened and  less informed cultural environment about it , ......
He  also writes":  Inflate our muscles does not  mean to be stronger ,  may be less  healthy.
The great teacher Pythagoras already 2500 years ago preached the low-protein diet. the ANHS (American Natural Hygiene School) recommends 11 grams of protein per day for growing children and 20 grams per day for adults. it emphasizes that the excess protein causes severe damage to the body as it acidifies the blood. Unlike what you might think in the vegetable nature are proteins in abundance, for example, the potato is a protein complete (with the presence of all the amino acids).

The same also applies to the carrot, tomato, lettuce etc. In addition, many vegetables should be eaten raw, preferably developed to preserve their nutritional properties. Among the best sources of protein we can catalog the lentils (also called the real proteins), beans, chickpeas etc. I decided to do this premise on proteins because I believe that there really is an unnecessary scaremongering on this topic. So proteins are found in abundance and should not be taken in excess. There is a good balance of everything and I believe that to make great dishes are enough but a few ingredients of the highest possible quality.
