energy bar so easy to prepare !! Healthy, tasty and above all delicious!
Here is the recipe:
2 cups whole rolled oats,
2 mashed bananas,
1 grated apple, raisins or any dried fruit,
pine nuts and / or other nuts,
2 tablespoons agave syrup,
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
