To nourish our cells

How to feed our cells.

 
We are what we eat and our future will depend a lot on what we will  eat.
 
How many times it  happens to be  hungry  shortly after have eated
we often have  food not enough  nutrient for our body and therefore hunger is present although we gave a lot of food to our body. The secret lies in the quantity and quality of nutrients that are really able to "feed" our cells. And as says Dr. Bruce Lipton (a famous cell biologist); there are fifty trillion cells in our body that live together peacefully in a very complex community. Each cell has a specific task then needs to be nurtured in the right way.
A practical and effective response to the above is represented by the intrinsic quality of the whole hemp seeds, they are an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids and fiber.
Their nutritional value is so complete that we speak of "complete protein" for they contain all eight essential amino acids in balanced proportions necessary for our mains. They contain many antioxidants such as precious vitamin E, Omega 6 and Omega 3. Rich in lecithin prevent many diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diseases of the cardiovascular system, diabetes etc. Order not to lose its nutritional properties hemp seeds are to be  eaten raw. The daily requirement varies between 25-120 g depending on body weight and intensity of physical activity.
 
When you have little time to cook but the imagination is not lacking here is that a few simple ingredients can get a great result:
Today's recipe is
Avocado humus filled with blacks beans with whole hemp seeds
fast and easy to prepare:
hummus:
Two cups of beans blacks
Two tablespoons of Raw Tahini
an avocado
Salt, pepper and lemon
1 tablespoon of whole hemp seeds
Frulliamo all the ingredients until you get a mousse on desired consistency
 
We cut the 'avocado in half and extract the core squeeze half a lemon over.
Fill each half with prepared hummus, we sprinkle hemp seed
 
Enjoy your meal, and remember one simple rule: As with all things it takes a right mental attitude, even in eating. So we have to eat when we are calm and relaxed, perhaps without television on and enjoy the present moment next to our children or relatives in maximum harmony and peace!
