The breakfast power

 
 
To make a tasty and nutritious breakfast I wanted to understand what should be the essential ingredients to get the desired result.
 
I wanted something easy not too expensive but at the same time something very complete and efficient with the ability to really start the day. After a few attempts, and several readings I found the solution:
 
 
Raw cake with poppy  and chia seeds
 
 
Why did I choose these seeds?
 
 
 
Poppy seeds
 
poppy seeds, so little used in Italy (compared to other European countries) are an excellent source of calcium (12 times more than milk) of vitamin E, fat and protein. They are a valuable reserve of magnesium and linoleic acid, also known as Omega 6. These delicious seeds also contain phytosterols that
 
reduce the concentration of cholesterol in the organism. They are rich in Vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
 
 
 
The poppy seeds are recommended for the prevention and treatment of: osteoporosis, anemia, insomnia, cough, headache, rheumatism, chronic fatigue and many others.

Chia is also called superplant for anti-stress prophylaxis. The magnesium present in chia is named the mineral of inner tranquility, and participates in the activation of vitamin B in the body.
The curative effects of chia are varied due to high concentration of Omega 3, fiber and antioxidants. They are so rich in micronutrients that can give our body a chance to re-activate its self-healing forces.
These small and modest seeds can improve or even cure diseases such as allergies, asthma, arthritis, hunger attacks, improve wound healing, diabetes, useful in menopause and in various inflammations, Crohn's disease, cure insomnia, lupus, cardiovascular disorders, osteoporosis etc.

Not least for his outstanding role as super product I have also used high-quality raw organic coconut oil naturally.
Coconut oil contains more than 85% of saturated fats fundamental to the health of our body.
Here's the recipe:
basis
1 cup of dates (previously soaked for a few hours)
1 cup walnuts
4 tablespoons agave syrup or other sweetener
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
Corpus
150g of poppy seeds
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
4 apples
4 tablespoons of coconut oil (previously dissolved in a water bath)
 
Put in the mixer all the ingredients for the base, then pour them into a pan and put in the fridge to rest while you prepare the corpus
For the corpus instead
Before put in the mixer poppy seeds at top speed, and peel the apples together with agave syrup and coconut oil we continue to blend. In the end we insert chia seeds, stirring gently with a wooden spoon and we have into the pan on top of the base layer. My advice is to prepare it in the evening to let it sit in the fridge overnight.
This cake is a great start for the day, try it !!!!!
