Pasta alla Mollica

Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g of long pasta
- 6 anchovies
- 60g black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 red pepper and 1 pinch of chili powder
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 4 slices of stale bread
- 1 c. tablespoons capers
- salt

Prepare the breadcrumbs from stale bread. Remove the crust, crumble the bread and put it in a blender. Pass the powder obtained through a sieve.
If you only have fresh bread, put it in the toaster before the operations described above.

Do brown anchovies in olive oil. Add the capers, olives and peppers.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil and half of the breadcrumbs to darken slightly done.
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and mix the sauce and add the breadcrumbs
Serve immediately with remaining bread crumbs aside.
