ingredients:
- 300 g of fresh bluefin tuna
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 fresh onion
- 20 capers in vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
preparation:
Cut the tuna into cubes of 1 cm side
prepare an emulsion of oil and mustard flapping slowly oil and mustard
Arrange the cubes of tuna in a bowl and drizzle with emulsion of oil and mustard, sprinkle the onion cut into thin slices and capers splash over the balsamic vinegar and turn gently.
Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours
It can be served alone or on sandwiches of toasted bread spread with tartar sauce prepared separately.
