Ingredients.
- 1 jar of canned mackerel fillets
- fresh onion
- chives
- balsamic vinegar
- Mixed green salad with arugula
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Capers in vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
preparation:
prepare an emulsion of oil and lemon juice beating slowly the oil and lemon juice
Chop the mackerel fillets and place on a tray to soak in the emulsion of oil and lemon, sprinkle the onion thinly sliced capers and chives to splashing over the 'balsamic vinegar
Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, cover the tray with the mixed green salad sprinkled with the emulsion of oil and lemon preserved separately.
