Amounts to: for 4 people (about 12 meatballs)
Ingredients:
- 100g Red lentils peeled.
- 2 medium Potatoes.
- half Onion.
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
- teaspoon chopped mint.
- Ginger: a "nut".
- 1 teaspoon curry.
- 3 spoons olive oil for frying.
- Flour or bread crumbs for the dough: enough.
- Salt.
Preparation:
rinsed red lentils, and boil in salted water, 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and the potatoes into small pieces.
Put the onion in a frying pan and ,just when it begin to brown, add the potatoes.
Grate the fresh ginger and add it to the potatoes and curry, add water during cooking until the potatoes are soft enough.
Put the drained lentils and potatoes in a blender and make a smooth paste by adding flour and bread crumbs to make semisolid adding the chopped parsley and mint.
fry the meatballs in a pan.
Allow to cool and eat
