Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable Cream
- 60 g margarine
- 380 g durum wheat semolina
- 250 g Champignon mushrooms
- 3 medium potatoes
- 4 Leeks
- a handful of parsley
- 4 cups white wine
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 40 g cheese vegetable slices
preparation
cut into slices the leeks and mushrooms.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, before you peel them and cut them into cubes.
Fry the potatoes and leeks with oil and margarine in a saucepan when they are fried, add the mushrooms, vegetable and nut crumble. Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat, adding a little 'of wine.
cook the pasta in salted water, place in a baking dish covering it with leek sauce and mushrooms stir adding the chopped parsley. sprinkle the top with cheese garnish with a few knobs of margarine.
Pass the mixture in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. and serve.
