Flan with Vegetables and potatoes

Ingredients

 

Procedure:

Beat eggs in a bowl with the cream, add the grated cheese, add corn starch and the mashed potatoes with the tool.

Oil the small molds and fill up almost to the top with the mixture. Arrange in the center of each tomato half and some slices of almonds. Switch in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.

blend the mixture of shallots and carrot, put it back on low heat and add the butter to the sauce to give amalgam.

Unmold the flan add a generous spoonful of sauce and accompany them with vegetables seasoned with a little oil and salt
