Ingredients:
- 350gr of Spelt
- 500 g Pumpkin
- Vegetable Broth
- 80gr of cream soya
- Half an onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- White Wine
Preparation:
Put the diced squash in a pot with the broth and cook for about 20 minutes. When it is cooked, shake it with a hand-blender, and meanwhile fry half an onion, blending it with white wine and continue cooking with a glass of broth. After 15 minutes, add the spelt cooked aside , and when creamy add vegetable cream.
