we propose pasta with broccoli in a minimal way, with a minimum of ingredients and with the minimum of operations in preparation. The result is excellent, tasty and light, and also easy and simple to prepare.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 broccoli (or even more for a plate full of vegetables)
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic
- 180 g. short italian pasta
- hot pepper (more or less according to your taste)
- extra virgin olive oil q.s.
- salt q.s.
Preparation
Clean the broccoli and divide into florets eliminating the hard and fibrous parts .
Throw broccoli in a pot with salted water.
Boil 5 minutes broccoli then throw the pasta and bring everything to cooking.
Meanwhile clean and crush the garlic and place in a pan with olive oil and hot pepper .
Drain the pasta and broccoli (keeping aside a little 'cooking water)
Throw everything in the pan and saute over high heat, adding the cooking water if necessary.
Divide into two dishes, season with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
