Simple and delicious tart

ingredients:

 

110 g butter

100 g of sugar

2 egg yolks

five teaspoons baking powder

160-180 g flour

1/4  tsp salt

1 egg white (Mount Snow)

1 jar of jam of your choice

 

preparation

 

put sugar and egg yolks in a bowl, working with the mixer until the mixture becomes creamy

Add butter softned ,work again then white Snow mounted salt Mix flour and finally add baking powder

work the dough and let rest in refrigerator 1 hour , roll out the dough into a buttered 26 cm in diameter pour the  Jam and decorate with the leftover pasta,  bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
