Amazing ancient tuscan vegetable soup

In a saucepan, fry the chopped Bacon and vegetables, add the tomatoes, beans,
 black cabbage and cook soup for 1 H.
Rain pour the flour, add salt, pepper and oil.
Cook more  for 1/2 H stirring until you obtain the density of a soft polenta.
Serve the "bordatino" hot in bowls with a trickle of olive oil.
 
Preparation time: 2 H
Doses for 4 people
 

Ingredients:

 
60 gr of bacon
1 carrot
1/2 onion and chopped celery
200 gr of fresh boiled beans
1 cabbage sliced black
1 litre of broth 
3  spoons olive oil 
100 gr. corn flour
salt and pepper
Suggested wine : Helianthus
