Tomato Bruschetta

Appetizer with bread tomato garlic and Basil oil

First, let's start from the ingredients to make a simple tomato bruschetta to prepare and always very good:

 
Homemade bread (preferably Toscano)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt
Fresh Tomato
Basil
Cut the bread and put it on toast on a hot griddle, reminding us to turn it around so that it is evenly toasted.While we wait for the bruschetta or toasted, cut the tomatoes into chunks. After that we'll put in a bowl, addpinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and finally add some basil, better if chopped.
 
Once that is done, mix well. The bread should be ready. Take the garlic and the strofiniamo well in the breadby adding another pinch of salt, a little oil and put over the previously prepared dressing.
