The farmer soup is a simple dish but hearty and nourishing,  based on natural ingredients .
The soup of the farmer or peasant soup is so named because preparedwith ingredients that were in the homes of peasants of yore: legumes,cereals and vegetables, which varied according to availability.
The soup that we propose to us contains mixed dried pulses: beans, chick peas, broad beans, lentils and farro.
To make the soup taste prepares a mixture with white onion, carrot and celery, to which you add the vegetables and broth. Cooking takes about an hour and a half but if you have a pressure cooker you cansignificantly reduce the time, in this way the peasant's soup will be accessible even to those who don't have much time but still want ahealthy and rich dish to taste like this. Accompanied the farmer's soupwith croutons or a richer taste combined with hot soup of grain crusts, a way to recycle leftovers very tasty! The peasant's soup served hot is theperfect dish to refuel on cold winter days, but you can taste it evenwarmer seasons warm.
